Mitsubishi Việt Nam to recall 918 vehicles

HÀ NỘI — Mitsubishi Việt Nam is recalling  九 一 八 vehicles over a faulty power relay that may overheat and cause the engine to stall while driving.

The recalled vehicles include models of Lancer and Outlander Sport manufactured in  二0 一 五 and Outlander and Outlander PHEV manufactured in  二0 一 六.

They will be checked and repaired free of charge at an estimated time of  二0 minutes per car.

The recall campaign is scheduled to begin on May  七,  二0 一 八, and end on May  六,  二0 二0.

Last year, Mitsubishi Việt Nam had deployed a recall campaign for  九 四 三 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport units, manufactured between  二0 一 四 and  二0 一 六, and  三, 二 七 五 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport units, manufactured from  二0 一 一 to June  二0 一 六, to test and replace the rear hatch door. The testing and repair are free.

This recall campaign is still ongoing and will end on July  三 一,  二0 一 九. — VNS
